This game is fully interactive. You will be presented with a series of important life choices, upon which your future will appear, and I repeat, will appear to depend. At the end of the game, however, whatever the choices you have made, and the consequences that have appeared to result, your destiny will be the same: the game will end. Whatever happens after that, immortal spirit bodies and imperishable cores notwithstanding, is anyone’s guess and falls outside the responsibilities of the game provider.
At the start of the game, you will notice a ‘worry’ option with a gargoyle icon on the upper left hand corner of the screen. On the screen’s opposite corner, you’ll find a ‘trust’ option with a leprechaun icon. These options will not affect the series of choices you have to make, and are merely to add tone to your experience of playing the game.
If you click on the gargoyle, you go through the game feeling nervous and anxious, which releases unnecessary portions of extra adrenalin, draining your reserves, weakening your immune system, leaving you susceptible to physic, physical and viral attack, fuzzing up your immediate atmosphere with positive ions, and thus generally making you a drag for other players to be around.
If you click on the leprechaun, you go through the game feeling relaxed and confident, which releases extra chi into your system, strengthening your immune system, leaving you protected from psychic, physical and viral invasion, lighting up your immediate atmosphere with radiant tranquillity and thus making you popular at work and social gatherings.
You are free to switch between these two whenever you want, but remember this only effects the feeling-tone, and hence, quality of the experience, and will not in any way affect the actual sequence of events or final score. (1)
